Can I just walk in and get a table without a booking?

Yes, but we cannot guarantee a table. Booking in advance is the best way to ensure you have a table on arrival.

Can I have a seat by the window?

We can certainly note your request and do our best to accommodate you.

What’s the largest party size in your restaurant?

We cater for groups of up to 20.

Can we park in your car park?

If you’re not a hotel guest, this is subject to availability and can be checked with the reception team before arrival. We offer two hours of complimentary parking and charge £5 per hour afterwards.

Do you offer discounts to Oxford alumni card holders?

We do, yes. Oxford alumni card holders benefit from a 10% discount on the best available rate for accommodation from Sundays to Thursdays. On Friday and Saturday nights, alumni will be offered the best available rate at the time of booking. The discount applies to rooms only if you book directly with the hotel by telephone or email. Please provide your alumni number at the time of booking.

What can you do for my special birthday or anniversary?

We always aim to assist you with your celebrations if you contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
